3. Upload requirements
You must own lawful rights to the images, videos, fonts, marks, portraits, and other materials you upload, or hold sufficient authorization, including commercial-use rights.
Do not upload identity documents, bank cards, medical records, contracts, private photos, or other sensitive personal information of others.
Do not upload trade secrets, unpublished designs, or materials covered by confidentiality obligations that you are not authorized to process.
Keep proof of your material licenses so you can provide it if a dispute arises.
4. Using and labeling generated content
Generated content may be used for lawful commercial purposes, but you must determine whether it involves third-party rights (such as product appearance, trademarks, portraits, fonts, or artworks) and obtain the necessary authorization.
You must comply with the Interim Measures for the Management of Generative AI Services, the Measures for Labeling AI-Generated Synthetic Content, the Provisions on the Administration of Deep Synthesis of Internet Information Services, and other rules, and add required labels when publishing generated content.
Do not use generated content for false advertising, forged evidence, impersonation, misleading the public, or damaging the reputation or goodwill of others.
Do not use generated content in areas prohibited by law, including weapons, illegal medical services, illegal finance, gambling, and pornography.
5. Publishing in the inspiration community
Content published to the inspiration community must be your own work or authorized work. Do not plagiarize or repost others' work.
Do not publish advertisements, spam, lead-generation QR codes, contact details, or external transaction links.
Do not publish content containing others' privacy, unauthorized brand materials, or false information that may mislead.
We may review, categorize, recommend, unpublish, or delete public content.
